8 ounces linguine
2 slices turkey bacon, sliced crosswise
1 egg, beaten
1 cup evaporated non fat milk
1/2 cup frozen peas
1/4 cup chopped red sweet pepper
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
1/2 cup greated parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Cook linguine according to package
2. Add oil and cook bacon till crisp and brown. Drain on paper towels.
3. Fry egg, milk, peas, sweet pepper and crushed red pepper. Cook medium heat for 6 min. Do not boil. Stir bacon and cheese. Heat through
4. Pour sauce over pasta. Toss to coat. Sprinkle black pepper and cheese
