Sago Gula Melaka










Ingredients


o sago

o coconut milk one packet

o palm sugar or gula melaka

o pandan leaves

Instructions

1. boil sago in high heat for 5 mins and leave it to cool while sago is being cooked

2. drain out sago and rinse with cold water and leave it aside

3. chop palm sugar into small chunks and boil it with water (amount depending on the sweetness you want) with pandan leaves

4. put sago in a mold and refrigerate

5. serve with palm syrup and coconut milk...according to your liking
