Roasted Cod with potatoes and olive

Ingredients:

2 pound red potatoes, quatered

4 garlic cloves, halved

1/2 tsp crushed rosemary

1 tbs and 1 tsp olve oil

salt and pepper

4 cod fillets

grape tomatoes/ cherry

1/2 cup pitted olives

lemon wedges

Directions:

1. Preheat 450 F. Baking sheet: potatoes, garlic, rosemary, 1 tbs oil, salt and pepper. Bake for 15 min

2. Rub fillets with 1 tsp oil, salt and pepper

3. Add tomatoes and olives to potatoes. Place fillets on top on these and bake for 15 - 20 min
