Clams in Chinese Wine Sauce
1lb clams
2 cloves garlic
1/2 spring onion chopped
1/2 cup cooking wine
1 tsp sugar
Soya sauce to taste
Directions:
1. Stir-fry garlic & spring onion
2. Add claims & sugar, cover 2 - 3 mins
3. Add soya sauce
