White wine clams

Ingredients:

1 kg Live clams

2 tbs garlic, chopped

2 tbs shallots, chopped

2 cups white wine

1 block butter

salt and pepper

1/2 lemon, juiced and zested

1 cup olive oil

chicken stock

Directions:

1. Boil clams in 3 cups water and low heat

2. saute oil, shallots, garlic, white wine. Add clams

3. Serve clams with lemon, zest, salt and pepper to taste
