BBQ prawns with garlic and tomato sauce
Ingredients
1 kg prawns, deveined with head intact
4 cloves garlic, slices thinly
2 tbs tomato sauce
Directions:
1. Place prawns in aluminium foil. Place garlic on top of prawns. Spread tomato sauce over. Wrap prawns with aluminium foil, like a bag. (Make sure it opens from the top)
2. Bake in over at 120C for 20 mins. Serve with aluminium foil or place prawns on a serving plate.
