Garlic Prawns

Ingredients:

1/4 Lemon

2 tbs garlic oil / garlic, minced

1 Cup cooked prawns

1/2 cup cornmeal

Salt

Oil

Directions:

1. Squeeze lemon into bowl and add garlic

2. Stir prawns and leave in fridge 1 hr to marinade

3. Drain prawn and sprinkle salt and coast with cornmeal

4. Fry till golden brown
