4 eggs
a pinch of salt
650ml water
melted butter/ oil
Directions:
1. Bring 5 L water to boil with 20 g salt
2. Beat eggs, water, flour and salt
3. Combine lightly and pushing through dumpling strainer with spatula in water
4. Remove dumplings from water when they rise to surface of pot
5. Roll in oil / butter before serving
