1 brinjal
3 tbs dried shrimp, soaked and drained
2 tbs paprika
3 tbs diced garlic
2 tbs butter/ olive oil
3 tbs dark soy
2 tbs light soy
Directions:
1. Slice Bringal thinly
2. Heat wok and add butter
3. add garlic and shrimps
4. add chilli powder
5. add bringals and add sauces
