Hoisin Salmon

Ingredients:

1 tbs orange juice

2 tbs hoisin sauce

2 tsp honey

Salt and pepper

4 salmon steaks

Directions:

1. Preheat oven. Whisk orange juice, joisin and honey ina  bowl.

2. Season salmon with salt and pepper. Line pan with aluminium foil. Brush pan with oil. rush 1/2 sauce on fish

3. Grill 4 inches from heat. 10 - 13 min

4. To serve, use other 1/2 sauce for dip or to drizzle over fish before eating
